Missing Heirloom Shards
So I bought the 100 Packs and the 6000 coins and i got the heirloom shards but the second it showed the first heirloom shard i got in to a game after the game they were not there what do I do

I have tried that and also restarted my game a couple times and it still did not work i have looked everywhere and still nothing.
