Missing Level 60 Battle Pass Rewards – How Can I Recover Them?

Hi everyone,

I recently completed or passed level 60 on this season’s Battle Pass in Apex Legends, but I just noticed that the rewards for level 60 are missing after the end-of-season reset or while checking my account today.

Here's what I've tried so far:

Restarted the game and logged in on different platforms – issue still exists

Checked my inventory and inbox – nothing was added or pending

Waited and refreshed in case it was a sync issue – still no sign of the missing rewards

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Is there a way to recover the missing Battle Pass rewards for level 60?

If anyone knows how to contact EA or Respawn support for this kind of issue, I’d really appreciate your help or a direct link to the right support page.
