Missing packs

So I recently purchased the 50 pack bundle apex packs, which was 5000 AC, then I upgraded them all with 75,000 legend tokens (who knows how long I played to accumulate that amount), they upgraded, I clicked open all packs, and then the game crashed and it said error, I closed the game reopened it, and I was charged my AC and legend tokens, but no packs nor any items for my legends, I’ve tried communicating with the EA support team and they do see any issue, they said I opened the packs at 3:51 in the morning which is false, I asked if I could be refunded and then they sent me a link to this, so now what?
