I've recently encountered a problem with my account I can't go into my legend locker see my passes or open apex's packs I've earned . I can't see apex's coins that I've purchased my wallet says -999 on everything when I go to the store it's says I own every skin in the shop how can I fix this iv restarted the game and console even uninstalled but no luck

Yo estoy igual desde hace una semana y la he borrado ya más de 20 veces y nada tengo el pase comprado y no puedo verlo ni entrar en tienda , no en nada , tampoco se actualiza los retos diarios ni semanales se ha quedado bloqueado desde el último día que me dejó jugar fatal vaya ... Aparte ya perdí una cuenta por problemas similares hace un año donde tenía todos los passes desde la primera temporada y nunca pude recuperarlo me gusta mucho el juego pero tiene siempre problemas
I also have this problem. It’s extremely frustrating because I spent my apex coins in this seasons battle pass and I have no way of progressing through it. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled apex on several different platforms but still nothing has worked
@liquidluna413 A lot of players have been running into the lobby bug, but I haven't seen too many with store issues.
For the lobby bug, players had mentioned that leveling up the battle pass can fix the issue, but its more of a temporary fix. Others said they were able to change the game's resolution, but that's more of a PC temporary fix.
Other than that, Respawn is aware of the issue and is working on it. You can keep updated on the grayed out tabs/loading currency issue on the megathread found here.
