Mistakenly connected account

My xbox account was by some mistake connected to another person's EA account i need help getting that link removed but the support says they won't do anything because the other person's account is an underage account. I ask that i get help on how to get control over my Xbox apex legends progression back. As i tried to connect my Xbox account to my EA account and it showed that it was connected to someone else
