Multiple Accounts Appear under additional Platforms

So basically when my friend looks at my profile, they see 5 icons. 3 of Which are supposed to be there (PSN, EA, Steam (Not xbox since they are viewing my xbox profile) well 2 other platforms show up and  can tell they are on xbox due to the slight difference in the controller icon it shows, Anyone know why this is? I contacted support today and they said multiple other people are having the same issue. Photo attached below, here is the guide to know which accounts are supposed to be there.

1 - Not supposed to

2 - PSN yes

3- EA yes

4- Steam yes

5- Not supposed to

Anyone know why 1 and 5 are there?

    Hmm that looks pretty weird, haven't seen this before.

    It's possible that you have multiple platform accounts of the same kind connected (for example 2 PSN accounts linked to one account)

    Normally it's not possible to have something like this, though this used to be possible a long time back, which might explain why you are seeing this.

    Could you confirm that all your linked accounts are just one per platform?

    Can confirm that only 1 account is linked per connection (e.x 1 psi account)
