My account got banned for no reason

I'm not a player of EA yet. I'm glad I didn't pay EA a penny. I just registered my account and was blocked without doing anything. Your consultants always have one answer: report to your TOS team. They only say I violated your agreement, but don't tell me what I violated. The answer you can get is always

Hello

We have received the latest information about the actions you have taken on your account. We have conducted all possible investigations on this issue and will not change our decision.

Please do not expect any further reply to this matter.

thank you,

When you got banned you should've received an email, this includes the reason of your ban.

Sometimes the mail can filter this to the spam folder, so I'd recommend looking around your inboxes.

Lets say you hypothetically got banned for cheating, that means that they cannot disclose much more to you except for the part that you engaged in cheating.

For bans related to abusive chats, you'll typically get the chat transcript that resulted in the account action.

Other breaches of the User Agreement aren't always really mentioned specifically, or could be rather vague.

You could be banned for fraudulent activities, which typically happens when you chargeback money via a bank.

Other bans like account sharing aren't really specifically mentioned as far I'm aware, though then again, I don't work for EA so I wouldn't really know.

If you want more information about your ban then I'd recommend to specifically mention that when writing a ticket to the ToS team, most tickets are usually sent with the intent to appeal the action rather than getting more information about the ban from what I've personally seen.

Though do note that the account action will most likely not be changed as they've already investigated the matter fully and have decided to uphold the ban.

  • @XHelperZ Yes, that's the problem. The email didn't mention any reason. It just said that I violated the user agreement, but I just registered and was blocked before I could play any game
    They didn't say anything,So I was confused
  • @EA_Darko Well, I doubt that they have seriously reviewed it, because a normal person would not think that a newly registered account would violate the user agreement,
I just registered an account, but I don't understand what agreement I violated, which agreement
A newly registered account that has not played any EA games, I don't understand why it is considered to violate the user agreement

All appeals are independently reviewed by a member of our TOS team @Ten-to-twelve-in.

If they have denied your appeals then no one can change this.

Going to go ahead and lock this thread.

I can't reply to the post just now. I'll answer your question here

You told me that the appeal was independently reviewed by your TOS team members. I don't know if they have seriously reviewed it,My account was just registered on December 8, and I haven't played any EA games yet,I have never used a plug-in in any game。

I just registered an account, and there is no other operation,So here comes the question...What do I violate the user agreement。

This is where I am confused。
