@EA_Pythia Thank you very much for your help, but there is still one thing: I tried to contact EA Support as you said. I followed the steps to fill out the form on the webpage, and finally sent an email. The page displayed "WE REVIVED YOU CASE", but I did not find the case I just submitted in the "My case" column. Is this normal? How long can I get help?

3 years agoconsidering you suspect that you've been hacked, I would recommend contacting support through the live chat option - e-mails can take a few days to be processed and an issue like a hack is a more sensitive topic that is best discussed and fixed in a live chat.
