My account has been reset to level 1

I haven't logged into my account for about three months now. On June 20th, I logged into my account using Steam. When the game started, it prompted me to bind an EA account in order to enter the game. When I followed the prompts to bind my previous EA account and enter the game, I found that it had been completely reset to level 1. I have lost all in-game content I have played and purchased in the past few years! Before this issue, I did not cancel any account links at all. I need help
