Hello there, I have been playing Apex from the last 2 years. Suddenly I stopped playing Apex for a few months and then came back in April and found my id got reset. I have lost my everything, Help me to restore my account!

Community Managerhey, I just log in to apex legends after 1 or 2 years iam not playing apex and when iam logged in back few time ago my proggression in this game is lost and reset to lvl 1 last time iam playing apex has lvl500 iam playing apex legends during first seasons battle pass available now i lost everything in my account,
My account has been reset and all progress is lost. I am playing on Steam and I have not unlinked any accounts. Can anyone on EA help me? I just want my levels, skins and legends back, idc about the progress I have made meanwhile. It seems impossible to reach anyone who can help me

Community ManagerI had a kid and haven't played since before they were born so sometimes May 2024? I got on today and saw my account was reset to level 1, all legends I have previously bought were locked, all cosmetics were gone. I have been playing since season 0 and coming back online to see all my items, progress and legends gone is disheartening. Is there anything to be done to get my items and progress back? If not I dont know if I'll ever come back to the game as that is years worth of progress gone.
