My account has reverted to Level 1. It's been quite some time now😭

    Hey, I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I tried a different way to launch the game. Originally, I had my account linked to Steam and always opened the game through Steam. This time, I went back to the EA app and launched the game from there—and my account returned to normal. I have no idea why this worked, but if you're facing the same issue, maybe give this method a try.

It seems as though they only fixed some peoples accounts. I still have the same problem and ea support is zero help.

    I'm wondering if this is related to my EA community account level, where only some accounts deemed worthy of attention are prioritized. Or perhaps it's a regional issue—since I'm in China, we're often less prioritized.

      I am from the United States but my account is new as well, but maybe you are right. If I were you I would also make a post within the “report a bug” section as well

        I haven’t played Apex for several seasons because my friends have moved on to other games. Now, with my account in this state, I think I’ve lost motivation to continue. The game itself is really fun, but its operation feels as ineffective as their ongoing struggle to ban cheaters. It’s hard to keep expecting much from them. If they can’t resolve this, I might try reaching out to customer support or similar channels. If that still doesn’t work, I’ll probably just give up.
