My account is being accessed by a chinese hacker.

Idk how relevant is this but my account is being accessed by a chinese hacker based in hong kong who is constantly using my account and god knows whats going on with my account because I havent been playing for the past 3 months. And this situation is getting worse day by day that I changed every password hard resetted my laptop whihc I thought was compromised and the hacker still can access my account somehow. I am in desperate need of help about this whole situation. I have had this account for a long time and the only account I play apex on with my friends and like to grind ranked. I am writing this in all caps because this is a serious issue for me. I have been already submitted a report ticket and what not but it has been a disaster because no one ever **bleep** reverts back. Sorry for my language here.
