My account level is now 1 and my badges aren't coming back

About two months ago, I encountered a bug that reset my account level to 1 and reset all my badges and achievements. My account is back, but only with data from two days before the bug occurred. I still lost my Revenant 4000 damage badge and 20 kill badge. The issue has been ignored for two months and no one has addressed it. Please help.
