My account was banned when I didn’t break any of the TOS, why?

The title states as is. I bought a PC 3 years ago and had the same name ever since. I play apex legends and have been playing since week 1. I have played in the pro league and in multiple tournaments and never once have had a complaint about my name. I saw that I was banned today when I tried to hop it said I was banned. I checked my email and this is what is said. 
when reviewing your account, we saw: 

Apex Legends

McNuggieButt              (My in game name) 


We consider this to be Inappropriate Content (General) 

This is my comp name and my brand. After going through the TOS I can’t see where I broke any rules. I do not plan on changing my name for no legitimate reason.

    Do you have a ban or a suspension?

    If it is a suspension I would change the name if I was you or you risk the suspension either getting longer and or having a perma ban on your account.

    You can always submit a dispute after you changed the name.

    I didn’t break any of the TOS and want to keep the name. Is there a chance I can keep the name?

    @McNuggieeeee 

    If the ToS team has deemed the name inappropriate then that is a break of the user agreement even if unintentionally. 

    I would change that name if I were you and As @EA_Barry mentioned we cannot assist you with account issues other than some good old common sense advice.

    So as of right now I don’t have the option to “edit” and change my EA ID from McNuggieButt because I’m banned?? I was banned by AI there’s no way lol
