My apex account merged with the incorrect account
When trying to merge accounts I wanted to use my ps5 account on PC but it merged my steam account so I lost all my cosmetics. Also been having this visual bug. Is it possible to get my ps5 account back?
Hey Legendarysaiyan1, usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved or merged between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
