My Apex Account Progression is Totally Resets

My Apex account progress completely reset and I lost everything I worked for.

Hello. It's been a while since I last played Apex. I've played over 170 hours of the game and unlocked quite a few things and legendaries. However, today, when I logged back into the account to play games with friends, I found that my account was empty. It's like there is no skin, no legend, no achievements, nothing. Even my level was reduced to level 1, which made me very angry. I didn't unlink my account at any point and I found out it was the same account I used to play on because my tribe and my friends were there. why is that?

    Apologies for the confusion and concern here. There was an issue back on April 2nd that returned a number of accounts to level 1. While we had pushed out a fix the following day, a few accounts did not receive this and may need to be fixed individually.

    Please check your DMs up on the top-right on AHQ as I've sent you a bit more information regarding the fix we can try, thanks!

  • Ive also had this issue and would like to contact someone about it ive been waiting for months and nothing seems to be happening
