I have contacted many times, but I really have no way. Customer service replies are formulaic. Don't help me solve the real problem. I need the help of customer service. I have found all the evidence, which is also provided by EA official website. But it can't solve my problem.
Yeah they don't care at all just copy paste the same 3 messages but none of them actually do anything. Then they just send you away promising you'll get help.
