My apex id and account disappeared

After installing the EA app, I found that the game account and ID I used before have completely disappeared. What can I do? I live in Taiwan. There is no calling service just mail. Email customer s...

    Hi @bobryan0103, 

    Ok, there's no way around it; you'll need the help of the EA Help Support Team on this one then I'm afraid. 

    If you can pass the account security stage with them, they'll be able to help you make changes to the account information including updating the email registered to it. The opposite is also true though, if you can't provide enough accurate information to pass the verification stage, their hands will be tied. Please work with them to proceed with the case.

@EA_Lanna When you requested a password reset link to that email, did one come through for you?
No, the page shows that there is no such mailbox or ID.
