This result is unacceptable to me, I need a survey result, not a simple sentence.
Like I said before we can not provide any assistance here on the forum.
I do not know why this has happened to you but using an untrusted source to access your account may have been the problem but that is on you as protecting your account is your responsibility.
Your only option to dispute the Ban is with the ToS and if they have sent you info regarding that all investigative options have been performed and that the action on your account is final then I do not think you have any other choice than to accept that.
No amount of posting here about that will alter the ToS decision are garner you a different outcome.

I am sorry to hear that our ToS team has not given you a positive response on your case. Unfortunately we don't work on account issues such as ToS cases here on the forums. We help players with game issues, bugs or chat about the games we publish, but we cannot help with any account related cases.
If you have tried multiple times with our ToS team the investigation has been performed multiple times, and they have not found any evidence that your sanction was unjustified. I am utterly sorry that I don't have any better news for you, but there is nothing we can help you with via the forums.

- 3 years ago@EA_rephii I need a survey result. I have recharged more than 2,000 dollars in APEX legend. If it is just a sentence, it does not convince me. I spent time and money to support you, but you banned my account, and I can't accept it without evidence!
