My Apex Legends account was banned for easyanticheat crashes
Hi, last 30th September 2024 my Apex legends account was banned because of some crashes of Easy Anticheat software.
Since then I wrote a lot of email about that but I never received any kind of reason or analisys about that, just standard answers.
I downloaded all the info EA possess about me for checking IP intrusions and matched some city I never lived, I also checked for some info related to ban and found anything!
I play since '01, I always fought publicly cheaters and any kind of player who's trying to take not legit advantage, I am stuck in this, I know there are other players in the same situation, I saw some friends of mine receiving the same error an luckily if the reboot their pc it doesn't crush anymore (I didn't reboot, that was my fault).
I know that community managers can't resolve directly this problem who's regarding a lot of players, but please help us reaching someone who can seriously check our legitimity and not just leaving our account in the hands of an automatic tool who is banning legit people!
I never cheated, I would never cheat! I can't be banned for something I didn't.
I know italian's community is not so big, but I have the most known italian streamers ready to guarantee about my legitimity.
Check the logs, help me find someone who can check the logs, except easyanticheat crashes there will be anything!

The only team that's able to review or change account actions would be our Terms of Service team.
You can appeal with these steps if you haven't already done so. Appeals will be investigated by a member of the ToS team once that's been submitted, so you can keep an eye on your case history page here for a reply.
