My apex legends wont dowload

Hi i played apex for a week now and i unistalled the game and then i reinstalled it and now its on a loop of going for 32.3 mb then 0 over and over agian and i just want to play the game anyone have ...

    Thank you for giving that a try. 

    What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you try downloading Apex Legends? If something else is running that could be interfering with the download that might help to narrow it down. 

    You can find more information on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help website. Once you've had the chance to give that a try please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hey @PigeonIDK, 

When you've got the chance can you try clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps? If there's a problem with the cached data in the client that may help to get around it.
