I just found out that I didn't open the rapid mode.

Ok hopefully you can get it fixed soon.. I'm not an amd user.. Some have reported getting it fixed by using fps_max command line, some by running the game as administrator and/or disable windows full screen optimization.. There are some major topics on this forum with people that have given tips and tricks that made it work please try and read
