YlmaZ1433 Have you tried any of the following since updating the game:
- Verified the game's integrity files
- Updated your PC/Console
- Reviewed the Troubleshoot your connection to EA games guide
If you're on PC, are you:
- Running any 3rd party programs that might conflict with Apex Legends, (If you are, those must be closed out of to play the game).
- Running an older GPU, (since the last patch, Apex Legends now requires a GPU that can support DX12 with feature level 12_0, the reason why can be found here).

Note: If you're on PC, please send a DxDiag log, (otherwise, what platform are you playing on?)
Yes, I have already tried those solutions. My graphics card is an RTX 2070 Super, so I was already playing on DX12 before.
