Do you have any older EA accounts that PSN may have been linked to at some point in the past?
This particular EA account only launched Apex (as well as the other game registered to this account) for the first time just recently, so if you'd been playing previously that must have been while it was linked elsewhere.
The content does not transfer if EA accounts are changed, so you would need to re-link your PSN to whichever EA account was originally used.
