Another thing we can try which might help is changing the DNS on your PlayStation. I've seen some cases in the past where that has helped with similar issues. You can change the DNS on your console using the steps below: 

1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network 
2. Select Set Up Internet Connection 
3. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet 
4. Select Custom 
5. Choose Automatic under IP Address Settings 
6. Choose Do Not Specify under DHCP Host Name 
7. Select Manual under DNS Settings 
8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.  
9. Select Next 
10. Choose Automatic under MTU Settings 
11. Select Do Not Use under Proxy Server 
12. Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the changes and make sure you can connect.

@EA_Kent so i got it to work somehow but i also wanted to ask another question about when the airship assassin skin for wraith will return because i’ve been trying to figure out how to spend my legend tokens and crafting metals 

@EA_Kent hi i was also wondering if event heirlooms reset the counter towards the 500 packs because i want to but am not sure since i want one from the pool and would not like for it to get reset and wanted to make sure

In the past the event Heirlooms have not reset the pack counter.

I'm afraid we don't really have any details on plans for future Heirlooms. There will usually be an announcement when we have more info to share on a new Heirloom.

sounds good i will probably just have to wait and see but if i had to have an opinion i think that loba should have the next heirloom based on her pick rate and just overall because she’s also a older character
