Sorry to hear you've had your progress go missing. The main reason we'll typically see this happen is if a connected platform account was unlinked at some point.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Re-linking the same account can often restore access to any missing progress, but not always. Some of that will depend on when the platform was unlinked, but there's always a chance progress will be permanently lost if going through that process.
If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not been restored, there unfortunately would not be a way for us to manually recover that content. Support should be able to help make sure the original accounts are re-linked properly so this can be checked.
It looks like you've already created a case, so you can keep an eye out on your case history page for a response. If you need to create a new case to have this looked into further, you should be able to
create a new case here and select
Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information so support can help make sure the correct accounts are linked.
