never received items for cross progression

Would it be possble to get a bit more information?

• Which platforms do you play on?
• What is your EA ID?
• What is your Gamertag?
• Are you only missing progress and items from your Xbox platform?

Also, please note: you may be missing items for one of the following reasons...

• Your Xbox (or any other platform) was previously linked to a different EA account. Progress and Items are stored at the EA account level and will not carry over with you to a new EA account if you unlink your platform. 
  • To attempt to recover your items, you will need to relink the platform account back to its original EA account. 
• The account was made after the Oct 2023 cut off date, in which case any progress or items would not be eligible with cross-progress
• Your account was not in good standing.

i play on pc exclusively now but i played on xbox and thats where the stuff im trying to merge is on.

my id is xovnu.

my xbox gamertag is rmisery.

i am missing everything from the merge i didn’t get anything on pc.

i believe accounts are linked correctly and im using my original EA account.

yes i still have my items on xbox even after the in game prompt to merge appeared for me on pc
