I am trying to get my apex coins that I purchased but it hard to talk with someone that can help me I submitted a email and it taking way to long

    Hey @Ale830,

    If you follow the support link, once you've picked your product and platform, try selecting different problem categories. You should get the option to chat eventually. There's a few under "Orders" or "Manage my account" that consistently give me the option to start a chat. It does tend to go faster than emails do.
