My EA account is linked to two PSN accounts. I wanted to unlink one of them, but can`t do it because there`s a button missing. I tried contacting the EA support but failed to be able to chat with them. Any options to unlink an account or to contact support?

Community ManagerI'm sorry to say, we'll have to wait and see if support will be able to unlink accounts again down in the future.
I just finished a chat with an advisor and they said they can't do this since January 2025, when I asked how can I get it done then, they just basically said tough luck and ended the conversation there.

Community ManagerI'm sorry to say, the best I can advise is to contact an advisor again to see if anything else can be done. We cannot help with this over the EA Forums.
Im also having the same problem but for xbox I have tow and dosen't give me the option to unlink any.
Unfortunately that isn’t the issue. Trying to unlink from PSN. The rep also stated that they are no longer allowed to unlink accounts as that function has been removed from them.
Community ManagerYou can only link a new account every 6 months. If that's not the case, it's possible this is just an issue with support at the moment.
EA_Aljo Good afternoon! after having this identical issue and getting to the chat option and spending a bit of time with the Chat agent i was told "I really would love to help you here with your request to unlink the account sadly we do not have the option to unlink the account at this moment I would request you to please wait for sometime when we get the option we'll surely help you to unlink the account." so really no option now? and it is only a PSN issue, WHY?
