Not receiving Apex Coins after successful purchase since latest update

This is not just affecting me, and everyone that it is affecting that I've spoken to has an Xbox Series X. 

In the in game menu, 've spent $180 on tokens, $90 at 1030AM PST yesterday and $90 at  835PM PST.  
Both charged successfully, however, the coins never made it into my account. 

Twitter and Reddit both have people reporting this issue, and for each case that I've talked to, they own an Xbox Series X. 

I have waited 24 hours. 

I have unplugged my Xbox Series X for 15 minutes, making sure that the game was not on Quick Resume. 
I still don't have the coins, nor do the other people that have reported having this issue. 

This is not a me issue, this is an Xbox Series X issue.

Someone please help.

    If you're missing recently purchased coins, please reach out again with your proof of purchase to the support team. The issue is still being investigated, but contacting the support team again now should help to get this cleared up for you.
