Not receiving Apex Coins after successful purchase since latest update

    I have sent a ticket as well, I'm trying to complete the collection event and it seems like I'm not going to.

    So with seven and a half hours left until the thing I bought coins for two weeks ago leaves the shop, and emails to and from EA taking close to 24 hours to get any sort of reply since I last replied, am I just supposed to accept being out $20 and not getting what I paid for? I understand it's a widespread, ongoing issue, but I'm curious as to what is gonna be done? I'm tempted to try and buy more coins to see if it goes through, but I run the risk of just being out another $20. Are you guys gonna extend the event/sale another week or something else?
