Not receiving Apex Coins after successful purchase since latest update

This is not just affecting me, and everyone that it is affecting that I've spoken to has an Xbox Series X. 

In the in game menu, 've spent $180 on tokens, $90 at 1030AM PST yesterday and $90 at  835PM PST.  
Both charged successfully, however, the coins never made it into my account. 

Twitter and Reddit both have people reporting this issue, and for each case that I've talked to, they own an Xbox Series X. 

I have waited 24 hours. 

I have unplugged my Xbox Series X for 15 minutes, making sure that the game was not on Quick Resume. 
I still don't have the coins, nor do the other people that have reported having this issue. 

This is not a me issue, this is an Xbox Series X issue.

Someone please help.

    @ttvdragxn I got the 2,150 apex coins pack and i got them but didnt get the 4,350 coin pack though

    OMG it’s sad to see that I’m not the only o e having the same issue I have provided my Proof of purchase to 5 different agents, and they keep replying the same, “Hi I’m (insert Indian name) I will be taken care of your issue please follow this link to provide proof of purchase. WTF!!!

    Something realy same happend to me, i bought apex coins then i reported the issue they put the status "fixed" but didnt do anything, they only took my money and ignored me. And to get ignored i was waiting 4 days.

    Its been 3 months for me.. ive purchased n have been charged all together about probably $120 worth of coins... yet have not been issued all my coins purchased. None have thru. Ive restarted the game ive waited ive made sure to see if i was charged.. 3 months guys. Havent recieved nothing. N theres nothing ea or xbox can do. No has helped. i cant even get refunded. The update just came out today. Was gonna see if it was worming now but after i just saw this i imagine absolutely not n didnt wanna risk it. It literally feels like theft at this point. Ive never had an issue with this game until this crap 3 months ago. im so over this *. they will take the money but as far as u recieving what u pay for nothing. N im still waiting!! has anybody found a fix.. anything at all!?

    @Markaimgame Same here, the EA support team keep asking for different images because mine are wrong, but they are the same as the examples.
