not receiving verification codes

Im tried to login and merge my apex account to steam but I need to verify it none of the codes have come through and I've spent almost all day today trying to figure out ea help with support cases and its been 5 hours with no response. I've tried these help post boards they say to request a live chat but i can't get to live chat because i cant find my problem on the ea help page!!!  I was waiting for a live vhat earlier and it said my wait is only 24 minutes i waited for a whole 2 hours and nothing changed. my time went from 24 minutes to 27! at that point i was done!
