Wrongfully Banned

Before November 5, 2025, I never encountered any error messages when launching Apex Legends. However, on November 5, after I connected an external monitor to my laptop, when I tried to open Apex Legends, it showed a "missing file" error. I uninstalled Apex Legends and reinstalled it, but the "missing file" error still appeared. I saw someone say that creating a new file in the location where the file was missing would allow the game to launch. I think this might be a key reason why I got banned. After that, every time I turn on my computer and open Apex Legends, it shows a "missing file" error. Every time, I have to create a new file, and the name of the required file is different each time. Please check carefully— I have never engaged in any rule-breaking behaviors such as using cheats or hurling insults.
