Not seeing my twitch prime loot and drops after linking steam account.

Not seeing my claimed twitch prime loot in game. Also having a disk write error when trying to install on steam as well is there a relation to this? works fine on Origin but lacks the skins. Any way I can resolve these issues would be appreciated have been actively trying to fix for awhile now by repeating the EA help guidelines but that only brought me in circles of clicking and logging in and out and back into the same account and never allowed me once to contact or email a representative to resolve the issue.
