Once again, I earnestly request the esteemed EA officials to rescue my account
Case #252307093
Dear EA official staff,Since my account was banned on August 8, 2026, after being logged in from some unsafe devices, I immediately sought advice from a consultant regarding theft protection and appealedUnfortunately, today is already September 4th, and my case status remains unchanged with no response received. This is my initial case, and seeking assistance from customer service is merely a perfunctory process. I am truly disappointed. I have repeatedly submitted materials to prove myself. I made a recharge on August 6th, 2026, to participate in your random heirloom eventThen my account was banned on August 8th, accusing me of being a cheater. I would like to ask, do you really think this is reasonable?
If, just two days after I recharged, I were to use this account that has been with me for five years to cheat, and then wait for the official staff to ban me, so that the money I recharged two days ago, or even over the past five years, would go down the drain, then I would indeed be the biggest fool in the world
I always thought that if I respected the game officials, they would also respect me. Yet, I've been waiting for a month, and I don't know how I managed to get through this month. The money I spent on the game was all my hard-earned salary. It wasn't like the money was just falling from the sky. I even bought many EA games, such as Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5, Battlefield 2042, Battle Royale 6, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. I bought so many EA games, and I've played Apex for 2000 hours. Did I cheat? My overall KD is only 1.2, and in the latest season, it's even only 0.8. How could you actually judge me as a **bleep** cheater.I feel more disappointed and sad about this. Every time I open my computer and see these, I think of the account that has accompanied me for five years just gone, which is really ridiculous.

Hey BTEBOY47,
Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. Just to check with the case you've already raised with our terms of service team; have you been constantly opening it again? If you do, that pulls it out of the queue and it will be re-entered at the back again, so if you keep opening your case it'll take longer for terms of service to get back to you. If you have a case open, I can only recommend that you leave it be and wait for terms of service to respond. That can take a few days depending on a number of factors, but hopefully you'll get a response soon.
