Over 4000 Apex coins gone from the account

Good evening.

Had some Apex coin balance on my account and decided to top it up before latest event, therefore bought 4,350 coins on 15th of jan and another 4,350 on the 19th. Purchased only two skins for 1800 each. Today after logging in to game my remaining balance of Apex coins dropped to 0 and I'm not able to buy any other exclusive skins most important there is 8 minutes left before they gone.

Had a look in my email address and have every receipt for coins all good. May I know what's going on ?
