Party not ready / Can't join or play after update

it worked for me , I logged off from EA then started the application (running as administrator) , then started the game  and when it started I went to training  , training not firing range 
and then it worked 
I tried this  after getting (party not complete) 2 times today ,and in both times it worked successfully 

I got the same issue here , right after the new update 
seems to be a great new anticheat  causing problems , great work EA !!!!!

I've been sitting and waiting and trying literally everything for the past 7 hours and it's still broken. All I wanted was just to play same apex. I don't want to go and play through steam because I don't have anything unlocked there. I find it unbelivable that a billion dollar company doesn't play test the update ON THEIR OWN APP. Besides, couldn't they just roll back the update until they fix the issue, surely they have a backup somewhere although I wouldn't be surprised if they don't...

[ POTENTIAL FIX]!!

I found something that worked for my friend. Join the lobby and ready up...then unplug your ethernet cable for 10 seconds then plug the ethernet cable back in. That should reload your profile and allow you to get back to matchmaking. Let me know if this works for you! It has worked for 2 of my friends so far!!!

Its already more then 13 hours ago are you going to fix it or no and when its going to  be fixed... also do we get something for the apology, too?!
It looks like only EA have this problem.. :)) my friends who have the game on steam dont have any problem... 

I am having the same issue. I am now having to play on my steam account, but because I don't ever play on my steam account, I have to unlock everything all over again. UGHH!!!

Surely to god you can just roll back the update? Assuming the tech heads there backed up first. Somehow someway you have successfully soft locked all EA app users out of matchmaking with your wonderous new Anticheat all the while my friends on Steam, Xbox and PS5 are doing just fine 🤦‍♂️seriously how do you block your own entire player base on EA app great work. 6hrs of investigation and still going strong. Bet the store is working just fine though keep swallowing up that cash!!

I have been trying to play about that long and I started cracking up when  I read your post after checking for updates XD I have to use EA launcher because Im using a different email for my steam and its weird, but 6-7 hours about yeah.
