If you check your account connections page here, does it show the Steam account you're trying to play from is connected to this specific EA account?
In many cases when the password reset prompt keeps appearing like this, that's due to the platform being linked to a different EA account. It may be worth checking through the link above just to rule that out. I'd also try clearing the cache for the EA app itself to make sure it's not just failing to update properly after you finished the reset.
If you're still seeing the same issue after that point, please get in touch with support directly so they can help update any needed account details.
That might just be the problem. It was linked to an account that got false banned and thats why im on this one. I do not know the login details of that account is there any way that I can still unlink my old account?
