Playstation account is linked to another EA Account

Whenever I go to link my Playstation account to my EA account, it says that it is already linked to another EA account with the email address  jo*****@mail.ru. I've never seen this email address before, nor have I have ever linked my psn account to another EA account, which leads me to believe a hacker or some random person linked their EA account to my PSN. When I reach out to support about this, they've told me that they are unable to assist unless I provide verification information for the unkown EA account that my PSN is currently linked to, which I obviously am not able to do since I don't have access to it.

So theoretically, anyone can link their EA account to any PSN account out there, and the perosn who that PSN belongs to is not able to do anything about it? There has to be a way around this, I refuse to believe my PSN is now permanently stuck with another random EA account and there's nothing that can be done.

    There is no point of communicating with an advisor, I have the same problem, but instead of helping us u are just saying that you can't help with anything. This is a total scam!
