Playstation account is linked to another EA Account

Whenever I go to link my Playstation account to my EA account, it says that it is already linked to another EA account with the email address  jo*****@mail.ru. I've never seen this email address befo...

There is no point of communicating with an advisor, I have the same problem, but instead of helping us u are just saying that you can't help with anything. This is a total scam!
