Problem solved. I'd suggest chatting with an advisor. Apparently I had two emails connected and was unaware of it.
Same thing is also happening with me, I’ve reseted my password 5 times and still won’t let me play apex

reset 4 times. same thing. even updated my profile.
I am currently having this same issue. Has anyone found a good solution to this annoying problem?
Is there a chance you moved your account from console to PC? I only have this issue when I accidentally put in my EA account for PS4 instead of my PC one. If you have multiple EA accounts you might be using the wrong email or ID when you reset it.
Hey, i had the same problem and i just fixed it, first you should open you EA account on the website then go Customer Portal > My Account then u will find too many options one of them is connections, go to connections then you will find that your steam account is linked to origin, unlink it then open Apex and press register, then you will be able to login.
