Prestige skin missing pathfinder’s

I bought all the packs for the pathfinder prestige skin I opened the packs but did not receive the skin. I have bought every single prestige skin to come out. I have a screen recording of this happening I hope there can be some form of solution.

I also have every cosmetic that is associated with the release of the pathfinder prestige skin meaning that I did indeed buy the whole 24 pack to unlock the skin but have not received it 

I have all the cosmetics that are associated with the event for pathfinder I also am a main 

I have all the exotic shop skins as well as most of the heirlooms 

and all of the apex artifacts 

and prestige skins of the characters.
