EA Team,
I’m an analyst for a professional Apex team. My account (ID: Cekker0817, EA email: [edit: email address removed]) was wrongfully banned nearly two years ago (Jan 19, 2024). Now, I’m stuck in a loop trying to appeal—the system won’t let me submit my appeal email at all, even with a VPN. I suspect it’s because my email is a 163.com address, but I can’t change it right now.
This is critical: I’ve invested heavily in this account (both time and money), and as a core team member, my work depends on accessing it. Your support is uncontactable—layoffs have made reaching help impossible. It’s frustrating how little consideration there seems to be for Chinese players.
I need two things:
- Fix the appeal submission bug blocking 163.com emails.
- Re - review my ban—login records and stream archives prove I wasn’t active during the “violation period.”
I’m in the middle of team scouting/ map - running. Please resolve this urgently.
