Problem when firing weapon

Hello,

I have a problem with the game, the problem has happened before but it disappears for a while and then comes back. Since the latest update I can't play the game. When I'm in a game and trying to aim at someone and press my left mouse button to shoot the weapon doesn't fire (freezes) or it fire's 3 bullets-stops-fire's again and stop's again it kind of like burst but doesn't fire. I've changed mouse's it's not from that. I've read everything about micro stuttering, 100% CPU usage, Internet connection and etc. I've tried (Cleaning origin cache, disable full screen optimization, changing game mode, lower settings in game, changed the settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, on wifi and on cable, repaired the game, reinstalled the game, Disabling Shader cache and reenabling it back) and etc. I'm playing form a laptop Acer Predator G5 the specs are: Processor - i7-7700HQ 3.8 GHz; Video - NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 6GB; RAM - 16GB DDR4, Windows 10 64bit (if it matters); SSD - Samsung EVO plus 970 512GB. Has someone had this problem and is there a fix for it.
