Problem when repairing the game

ive been having a problem with my apex legend game repairing.

so my game had an error when everytime i open the game it has an error so i decided to use the "repair" option.

it says that im missing 16gb of files so of course i waited for it to download but then the download gets stuck and some percent and the speed drops to 0 byte/sec and then suddenly after 30 mins or so the download resets itself back to 0%. this already happened 3 times so please help.
