Profile not permitted to play online & server timed out code: leaf
I have been playing Apex Legends through Steam and for a while have had an error where upon launch, I would receive a message that says "This profile is not permitted to play online". After waiting 15-20 seconds and clicking continue the message would then disappear and allow me into the game. However, during connecting to matchmaking, the game would sometimes crash back to the menu with the same profile not permitted message and the error code leaf. Whenever I am able to load into the game, during gameplay the game will freeze and eventually be returned to the main menu with the same message, again with error code leaf. The game will also consistently crash to menu when I leave a game of Apex. I have contacted support and have been advised that my account is in good standing. I am unable to fix the issue on my end, reinstalling, updates and playing through the EA client all have the same issues. I have found other people with similar issues on the Steam forum and believe it is an issue with the link between Steam account and EA account. Can you please check if this error is due to a session or token sync issue between my Steam and EA accounts. Can you please reset my session or check for account integrity issues?
