I recently reinstalled Apex last night on console. Upon loading the game up I noticed I was set back to level 1. I've been playing since S1 or S2, I believe my account on EA.com was hacked. After I was able to get into my account it said I was a member since 2025. What needs to be done for this to get resolved and my account recovered? My account wasn't unlinked either at any point either. I search my email that I used and it said my new account was started in 2025.
Community ManagerWhat I'm saying is, that if your account says that you've only been a member since 2025, then that EA account has been created in 2025. If you played prior to 2025, you were using a different EA account.
No hack or change to the account can change the creation date of an EA account, the only explanation for the account saying that you've been a member since 2025 is, that the account was created in 2025.
As I said, please find your old EA account and check the linked accounts on that.
This is my old account and the only one I have my xbox linked to. The rest are linked to my PSN account. Which I never played apex on. So basically I lost all of my progression is what you're saying.

if the account says that you've been a member since 2025, then you're logged into a new account. You have to find the old account and log in through that. You'll have to check if the PSN account that you are using right now is a new one or was the one you previously used, but which has been unlinked and now relinked to this new account.
EA Support should be able to help you find your old EA account, if you need help with that.
