I also was instructed to change my DNS server to Google (8.8.8.8). This could be bad depending on what you think of Googles privacy changes.
The huge issue is I fixed the connection issue without giving Google all my information. I opened the ports as recommended by PlayStation on my router. That fixed that issue quickly. (https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/nw_test.html)
I change my dns too so after this if it work i c . Change them back to 0.0.0.0 or just leave them.on 8.8.8.8

@JoseHerrera69DNS servers are a full rabbit hole. If you don’t care about Google snooping all your info, then leaving it on 8.8.8.8
You can actually test what DNS server is fastest for you. This is the one I use.
