Hey Kent,
i tried changing my password, unfortunately didn't work, still crashes when I try to login. Last night I did create a new PSN and EA account so I could play, but unfortunately I lost everything I had earned and purchased (characters, skins, levels, stats, etc) from my original account.
I am willing to try anything, just let me know, I am desperate at this point.

Community ManagerI appreciate you giving it a shot. I'm sorry to hear it's still giving you trouble. What's especially curious to me is that it still happened when you tried logging into a different console.
This may be an issue that's related to the EA Account itself, but unfortunately that isn't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. When you have the chance I would recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can bring up your account and take a look. They may be able to see if there is an account-specific issue that's causing this to happen.
